In case of Money debited but purchase not completed

2 Settlement Failed and product/service not Booked System or network failure at Banks end or at customer end before remitting Amount to TheExamPillar. Amount is not credited to TheExamPillar Account. Amount is with Bank. Bank will refund the money after due verification.
